The restaurant was wonderful. The food was good and the portions were large. I liked that fact that 5% of the bill went to a choice of three charities. The prices were not bad either. The Sunday breakfast buffet was very good. I liked that there was an omelet station. The room was clean and spacious. The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. On check in the clerk was on a business call and apologized for our wait which was maybe a minute. At check out the clerk was assisting another customer but was quick and friendly with each of us. We are already planning our next trip and plan to stay here and eat her again.
Good gathering spot within the hotel. The bartender was great. The rooms were very clean and they provided plenty of towels which were of decent quality.
The service was not very good, either in the restaurant or the cleaning staff. Also, I booked and had paid for a queen room with two queen beds, and I was given a room with two double beds. They were too small for what we needed.
Very clean, comfortable hotel. Spacey room with comfortable kingsize bed. Nice staff, good restaurant. Refreshing pool was right in time after 300+ miles roadtrip. A plenty of shops in walking distance, although shopping was not our purpose here. Refrigerator in room contrary to most other hotels in US. Initially tried to book some hotels closer to amish sites, however it was impossible without US billing address. Ended up with a very good choice.
Accomodations and admenities were great
For our purpose, the convenience of location -- right around the corner from our family Thanksgiving celebration.
Probably the fact that our breakfast was Inunudated with bus tour travelers and seating became an issue. You may have lost money on that with your overnight residents since they were assimilated into the bus groups. Just a heads-up!
Check in/out was quick and easy. The pool was clean. Nice flat screen TV. Nice location off highway. Room was very clean.
Bathroom was very small. Pillows were awful - flat as pancakes. Not sure it was worth the savings in price being the distance it was away from Lancaster.
Everything was on site. We did not need to leave to eat. The restaurant was very nice for breakfast and dinner. Also, relaxing to have an on site bar.
The price was very good, very nice updated rooms, helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again.
The facility was clean and comfortable. All the staff I spoke with were firendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again.
The food was good in the restaurant and it was quiet at night. The beds were very comfortable.
Wi-fi never worked during the two days we were there. Staff unable to fix problem. Hotel did not show a reservation for us through www.Booked.net. Luckily we were still able to get a room.
Booked a king room on line when we got to hotel they gave us a double bed and said the soccer team got preference over us they quickly made changes to give us our reserved room
The sheets were not clean when we arrived - it appeared that someone had slept in the bed?! How that could that happen - I don't know. housekeeping quickly brought up additional sheets for our use
Proximity to highways; did not have a chance to enjoy outdorr bar area, wish we could have it was always busy/hopping
Need to have doors that open automatically. Had daughter in wheelchair which makes it tough to open narrow door and push her thru.
Clean rooms, restaurant for dinner was excellent.
Liked everything about this motel.
Everything is great. No objections..
Should number seven at reception desk wright properlv. Much easier to find the room .
It was a really nice hotel. Very clean, it looked very classy. It was right on Route 30 and within easy driving distance of everything to do and see in lancaster.
